Cyril Kluxen

Managing Director

After his debut in the consulting sector, Cyril founded a financial services company, which specialized in Sovereign Debt Swaps, and acted as an intermediary in the debt conversion process, advising governments and investors to realize FDIs. He was active for many years in both the financial sector and entrepreneurship, specializing in venture funding in the commodity sector and infrastructure projects in Africa and the Middle East. Currently Cyril is also the Managing Director of a Dubai based precious metals trading company, providing hedging and physical supply services. As a German national, with an education in Finance and Accounting, Cyril is currently located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

John D. Anderson

Director

John brings a wealth of capital markets experience with over past 25 years founding and managing numerous resource companies and successfully raising over $750 million in equity for both public and private companies. He has been directly responsible for numerous IPO’s and listings on the TSX, NYSE, NASDAQ and London AIM and Swiss Stock Exchange. His specialty is identifying undervalued opportunities and investing capital into these initiatives, and driving marketing and sales with a strong focus on corporate development. Currently he is the chairman of Triumph Gold and CEO of Parallel Mining Corp. He is also a partner of Aquastone Capital Advisors LP, and a director of American Eagle Energy, FluidOil Corp, and Orofino Minerals Inc.

Bijay Singh

Director

Bijay is a financial management professional experienced at mergers and acquisitions with a track record raising private equity and venture capital for publicly listed company. Currently is the Vice President of Business Development at Simba Gold Corp. In the past he was the Project Manager of SNJ Capital Ltd., and a Director of JER Envirotech International Corp., and Uldaman Capital Corp. He served as Director of Quantitative Alpha Trading Inc. (formerly, Arris Resources Inc. and Assistglobal Technologies Corp.) until 2006; and he was a Director of Georgia Exploration Inc. and Bassett Ventures Inc. until 2006. He also served as Director of Gulf Western Petroleum Corporation.

    [Mozambique News Reports And Clippings] Despite repeated promises that work would resume "soon" on the Cabo Delgado gas, little is happening. Offshore Area 1 is shared by consortia headed by the French TotalEnergies and the US ExxonMobil. The $20 billion base to convert gas to liquified national gas (LNG) was being built onshore on the Afungi peninsula just south of Palma, but work stopped after insurgents captured Palma in 2021. It simply said negotiations "will continue in the coming months". And it set harsh conditions including "decisive action to restore macroeconomic stability", which in IMF jargon means harsh austerity imposed quickly.
